If you've already registered your warranty and need to contact us directly, please send an email to support@trailoom.com
However, we also want to ensure that you receive the right product and not a counterfeit or used one.
Therefore, we would like you to be aware of these points so that you understand what the warranty covers.
We do not cover purchases from unauthorized resellers (any seller other than directly from Trailoom). We hope you can support our business by buying directly from us!
The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by Trailoom, including:
Amazon.com
Walmart.com
Ebay.com
Please verify that it is sold and shipped by Trailoom, and not by a knock-off seller or a reseller. As long as we can find your Order number in our systems, we have your back. Used or "open-box" merchandise is not covered by our warranty. If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty, and you can contact them directly for assistance.
To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting replacements to one time. However, rest assured, we will still refund you if the replacements don’t work. We are USA-based, so the warranty is applicable for orders/shipments within the US; international claims are subject to individual handling.
If you received the product as a gift, simply email us at support@trailoom.com with a photo of the defective item, your address, and the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty. Trailoom reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request.
